Meeting information is contained within the calendar event above. Click the event city to open it and print the information if desired. The Link to Hotel can be accessed by clicking on the hotel name.
To add a meeting to your Outlook or other electronic calendar:
Once you have completed your Meeting Response, press the F5 key to refresh the Meeting Attendance Summary and confirm your information is included correctly.
Please respond before the Response Deadline by completing these fields and clicking Submit.
